Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the TradeNova private beta, operated by KZ Operations LLC. By using TradeNova, you agree to these terms.

Private-beta access

TradeNova accounts are approval-based during private beta. Features, integrations, limits, availability, and pricing may change. We may suspend or end beta access to protect users, data, or the service. Do not rely on beta access as your only copy of important records.

What TradeNova is

TradeNova is journaling, tracking, analytics, and educational software. It is not a broker, prop firm, financial adviser, commodity trading adviser, trading signal service, tax adviser, or law firm. TradeNova does not accept custody of funds or execute investment trades.

Trading risk

Futures and other trading involve substantial risk and may result in losses. TradeNova outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Past performance does not guarantee future results. RuleGuard and payout-tracking information is based on saved user inputs and must be checked against the relevant firm's current official rules. You remain responsible for every trading and financial decision.

Read-only AI connector

The TradeNova connector allows an AI provider you authorize to read narrowly scoped TradeNova records. It cannot edit or delete content, place trades, transfer funds, or change account settings. You are responsible for choosing the provider, reviewing the requested permissions, protecting the connected provider account, and disconnecting access when it is no longer wanted. The AI provider's own terms also apply to its processing.

Your account and content

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate registration information. Do not share an account or attempt to access another user's data. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TradeNova a limited permission to host, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use TradeNova to break laws, invade privacy, bypass access controls, distribute malware, abuse third-party services, impersonate another person, manipulate markets, facilitate fraud, or store credentials and authentication secrets in journal content. Do not attempt to turn the connector into a trade-execution or money-transfer service.

Third-party services

TradeNova may interoperate with services selected by the user. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. TradeNova is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, a broker, prop firm, or trading platform unless expressly stated.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the private-beta service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or trading results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeNova and KZ Operations LLC will not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these terms as the private beta evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept them. You may stop using TradeNova and request account deletion. Questions may be sent to tradernovadev@outlook.com.
